I just ordered my B&B Triflo catback exhaust with high flow mids and am very excited. I have heard a srt10 with one and fell in love with the sound. Just curious as to what the headers would do to that sound. Do headers add a more beefy sound or what? Just am not familiar with the sound of headers because i never have put them on a car so i just want to know what to expect if i slapped a pair of triflo headers on with my exhaust and mids. Thanks for your help. Also what is the average h.p and torque gains from headers on a srt10? They claim my exhaust and mids add around 40 hp and torque. How much more do headers add?

 

You wont gain that much more with headers, would guess 15rwhp. It will deepen the exhaust note and of course add some bling to the engine bay. Replacing stock manifolds drops about 10lbs of weight
