installing new pcm question
I finally am going to buckle down and buy the pcm performance upgrade from xmetal. Just could use a little help on some of the basics so i feel a little more comfortable buying it monday. First off, i obviously want to be able to switch back to stock pcm for when it gets serviced at the dealer so there is no danger of them reflashing my performance pcm. My question is what is the process of switching these two. Is it at all a problem to install these? Or is it basically like a plug in thing? Where exactly are you doing the install it at, on some cars i know they are kinda under the steering wheel or on passenger side. Thanks for you help to these pcm newbie
