Hey guys just wanted to give you a heads up not to order from these guys (www.thepartsbin.com). I ordered a hurst shifter over 6 weeks ago and they lied to me three times telling me it was shipped, finally it go to the point that I cancelled the order and then they tell me it is 6 weeks to get a refund. These guys jerk you around and have horrible customer service. Just wanted to give you the heads up so you dont have to go through this like I did. I ended up ordering through JC Whitney and had it to my door in 3 days.

Appreciate the warning i have run into a few companies with less than good customer service. A few that are starting to get under my skin quite a bit as i await parts for my srt10 reg cab. I just dont get when you spend all this money on mods why you cant get a little customer service along with it.

Unfortunatly there were a few things i had to get that xmetal doesnt have so i have been getting mad with a few vendors but in the end it should all work out.

Also had a pleasant expierience with a company at www.drivewire.com. Shipped my parts the same day, got them to me in about 3 days time. And kept me up to date on order status and tracking threw email daily.
