Another newbie question here. Have any of you taken up the SRT Experience event? The closest one to me is out in Brooklyn, MI in October, and its a helluva drive. Is it worth the trip?
Also, is it worth it to bring a non-driving guest? (most people i know dont own SRT vehicles, nor do they have the kind of bank to throw down 500 bones for a one day thing).
They have the event listed for 3 days, is there one day thats better than the others?

I never been, but MIS is not far from me. Why pay for the SRT experience when you can live it everyday! Yes, they give you some driving lessons for the price, but for me it is not worth it.

 

Im not paying money to go fast when i can for free! Thats what i bought the truck for. Save your money, find a canyon road and lay down the hammer. You will get an expierience alright lol.

From my expierience everytime i signed up for driving schools i was let down. Its always a let down

Hey I'm a newbie to the red button club too, and for $500.00 you could buy a really cool Mod for the truck Tinted windows, Viper badging, crome plates, something!!!. As far as learning to drive it properly under racing conditions, its a street legal race truck with 500 HP, it aint mean't to be drove properly, read the reply above mine - find a back road an go ***** to the wall - I did, read my first post.
