Default Manual Transmission Noise
Have '06 SRT10 with 1300 miles on it. The transmission makes a whinning noise. Seems to get louder from 3rd gear up. Is this normal for this truck? Dealer says it is just a high performance transmission.....

Yes, manual transmission. Sounds like the transmission in a 2 ton bobtail.
