i just found out that the seals on both sides of windshield near end tip of door and it both is ripped off when i closed the door, do anyone have same problem before? and how can i get it fix?

 

All GEN III Rams have this issue. They will change the seals under warrenty with a newly designed seal. If your truck is out of warranty there is a good chance they still may replace. Just raise enough noise. It was a flawed design.
