Default Brake exchange

Hello fellow srt-10 owners, i was wondering if the srt ram brake rotors and calipers were to work on the hemi ram. the hemi ram brakes just dont have any good brake power. Just looking to upgrade to some better brakes with out buying some stop-tech nor brembos. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Yes, they would work, but you should have 20"s, which since you have a big horn I will assume you have. You will need the brackets, capliers and rotors. Not sure about the brake lines. 05 and 06 brakes are bigger than 04 brakes. Unless you can find all this stuff used it would be more cost effective to get a aftermakret setup.

Not sure if I can really say, do not ever recall hitting the brakes hard on either truck, but I can say the brakes on the SRT are very touchy and grab if not careful. The other variable between my trucksis the tranny, brakes stop much harder when the clutch is pushed in vs a auto tranny coasting.

Resurrecting this post as I think there is some interest in upgrading brakes. Maybe someone knows how to move this to 3rd Gen section? Is there any new information? Anyone have suggestion on aftermarket kits?
