Hi all,

I'm installing a factory SRT-10 hood on my 2006 Ram and so my question is: DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE COWL?

The cowl is the plastic cover under the wiper blades that sits between the windshield and the hood.

Haven't herd anything about the cowl....the hood is all they usually buy. They also put our front spoiler/bumper on.

Correct, hood is all you need.

 

Thanks guys, I've got the hood installed but just didn't know if the cowl was also needed. I'm waiting on a good deal to replace the front bumper too.. For now I just blacked out front and rear bumpers.

i am also looking for srt 10 wheels any kind for my gen 2 they will fit right? if not o well..... just gonna add a nice look to the truck its gonna get a lot of work over the summer when i get my diesel that thing is gonna get redone

You know I actually have a second set of used Genuine Dodge Wheels for your 2nd Gen for sale... I haven't posted them up but they are just sitting around in the back room collecting dust.... I just sold a set that was new, if you're interested I can work you up a deal....
