94 1500 van 3.9L trouble starting on 1/4 tank of gas
94 1500 van 3.9L auto trouble starting on 1/4 tank of gas
My friend has a van like the above and has had another like it. Both exhibited the problem of not starting
easily when the gas tank was down to 1/4 tank.
I suggested it may be something in the fuel and to drain it. I also suggested replacing the gas cap which he has not done yet. I have no idea if he is getting a Check Engine light on. I know he hasn't checked the codes yet.
If anyone has had this happen or know if there is a TSB or whatever describing this phenomena then please let me know.
I have never had this happen on my 1984 van 318 or 2002 van 5,2L.
