Default '01 2500 Transmission Issue?

Hi guys, I'm pretty new here on the forums, but was wondering if I can get some advice. My dad's '01 Dodge Ram Van 2500 is giving us some problems. At around 25-30, under partial throttle, the van feels like its driving over rumble strips. It stops when you let off. If you give it a little gas, the noise/vibration continues. If you give it more gas, the transmissions downshifts and all is well. I serviced the trans myself and the dealer serviced it last. Of course this started after the dealer service. They flushed the whole system not 15,000 miles ago. My guess is either they replaced it with wrong fluid, used old fluid, or something inside the trans came loose due to the flush. What do you guys think? Torque converter shudder or maybe a stuck solenoid?

I'd first opt for the wrong fluid being in there.

ATF+3 is the recommend fluid in there. Maybe they didn't have the filter or screen snugged in the right place?

Well I installed a new filter, new ATF +4, flushed out the system, and I adjusted the bands. No improvement yet. It still rumbles at the same speeds. I am hoping it takes a bit for the fluid to work in. Any other input?
