Two possibilities come to mind.
1. An ABS code was already set in the 'new' PCM due to a problem within the van it came out ofand needs to be cleared with a code reader.

2. You had and still have an ABS problem within your van but the old PCM was faulty and not picking up on it like the new PCM is.

Thanks Alloro, someone told me I may need to have this 'new'PCM reprogramed to my van and only the dealer can do this. By the way there were no codes in memory.

There is some sort of ABS thingie atop center of the rear axle. I forget what it's called. Usually, that's 80% of all of the ABS troubles with these vans. And like alloro said, maybe the old PCM didn't get the reading for it.

You can get the codes cleared for FREE at any Auotzone and other parts stores that have that type of friendly policy.
