need diagram and insructions to replace blower moter and resistor 3.9 2001 cargo van
The van had air until today, but it would only work on high. Today it quit completly. I am assuming the motor burned up due to running on high all the time. I went and purchased the motor and resistor. I need instructions and a diagram please it is kind of warm locatingboth the motor and resistor, and I would like to fix it this weekend, but need help. Thanks from a newbie

Look upward under the vehicle behind the passenger front tire and the engine. You will see the blower motor and next to it is the resistor.

It's pretty straightforward. The resistor just plugs in and is held in place by 2 screws.
The blower is held in place by 5 screws, a pair of wires, and a rubber vent tube. Just watch that the rubber seal stays in place when you're installing the new blower. Oh and, you might have to cut the pigtail wire off of the old blower and splice it onto the blower.
