Towing 40' trailer?

1999,Dodge Ram3500,automatic
Should I add extra transmission cooling?moving a trailer 8000 pounds,approx. 100 miles.

If it's a one time tow I wouldn't worry about doing it for just a 100 mile tow. Just take off slow and don't try and push it too hard.
