is a 1993 transmission interchangeable with a 1994?
I was told this is possible. My ram is a 1993 automatic 3/4 ton van. I was sold a 1994 1/2 ton automatic transmission and told they were interchangeable. Not seeming to work!

No they are not at all interchangeable. 1993 was the last year running for the older tranny style before the Generation-2 vans came in with electronic controls.
