2003 Dodge RamVan 2500 ----- Whenusing Keyless Entry Remote and the power door locks switch will blow a fuse. Specifically in the fuse board on driver side. Fuse #15 20amp mini fuse. It is the power lock fuse but also a central relay timer? The engine will not start after this fuse is blowed. However, it will continue to drive and run without losing power and stopping if the fuse blows while vehicle is in motion. What is causing this fuse to blow everytime you use power locks? Ideally...where would it be a good place to start looking or replacing to preventthis from continuing to happen? Power locks blow the fuse in slot #15 20amp...Power locks/Central relay timer.

Since it's happening both when you lock or unlock to doors and when using the door switches orthe remote,the problem is probably a shorted door lock motor. You'll have to disconnect them one at a time in each of the doorsto see when the problem disappears.
