Where to buy Crank Position sensor

I called my local Dodge dealer...$138

I've seen them on ebay for $79

It is my understanding that some of the less expensive ones can be junk.

Does anyone have a reliable source with a fair price?

Try a $40 one from an auto parts store. If it works you're off cheap, if it doesn't, return it and get the dealer one.
