I have an 5.9 and A-518 from a 94 Dodge B350 van and I am installing an aftermarket EFI setup on the engine. the ECM controls all of the lockup and OD functions, plus I need a signal for my speedo. There are 3 wires on the VSS which one is ground, which is +12V and which is signal?

Pin #2 BK/LB - ground
Pin #3 OR - +8 volts
