Default 360 in a 350 van strong cool but heats up

This is a 360 in a '93 350 van auto. Donot(I) do shotgun diagnoses

105000 mi new water pump(could shake),
fan clutch(lost high rev starting)
thermostat(every 100,000)
new O₂ sensor; clean iac, spark plugs, belt, air filter, tans overhaul

the heat gage stayed at the bottom ¼ line, BUT since the water
pump replace, the engine heats up to boiling rather easy. Would like
some input.

map sensor?

Also would like to know how the trans(auto) overdrive works with
the sensors. Thanks for any input.

Wonder if you have the wrong pump? Maybe this one is for a different engine and is pumping backwards instead?

Some gasket debris could've been left behind and has now circulated up to the t-stat and is blocking the passage of coolant through it. The other possibility is that the cooling system is air bound.
