Default Leaf Spring

I was crawling under my van and noticed that one of my leaf springs is broken. Will I need to replace the whole spring assembly or just the broken leaf? I contacted the local dodge dealership and they want $360 for one assembly. I then thought that replacing only one side wouldn't be good since I would have one side brand new and the other with 95k miles of wear on it. Should I replace both sides at the same time?

My van is a 99 Dodge Ram 3500 RV conversion which I plan on keeping for another 100k miles, if possible.

If you bring it to a spring/suspension shop they will be able to replace just the one broken leaf.
