Default worst running ever

just bought 94 ram van, sat unused for a year before i bought it... it idles like ****, and when you try to move it the farther you push the gas pedal the louder and rougher it gets but it will not move.... eventully it will take off... it will rev high in neutral but idleing is crap and takeoff is even worse till it catches... also takes forever for the check engine light to flash to say it's OK to start then it'll fire up... any thoughts on what might be causeing it? I already cleaned the dick shaped valve in the air intake but that didn't help.

PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY VAN i don't wanna sell her

For starters, I'd change the plugs, cap, and rotor.
It wouldn't hurt to test the fuel pressure either.
The gas could be old too.

plugs cap and rotor already changed, wired arent leaking anywhere even ****t around with the timing and it didn't help things much... fuel pressure appears to be ample... too rich if anything it blows thick clouds of smoke...

You didn't mention any of this in your first post. What else have you changed and what other tests have you done already. I don't want to waste time telling you to try things you've already done.

Could just put some seafoam in the gas and see if it helps.
