1993 5.2l v8 need to replace ecm ecu computer? need code/ help finding right computer
hey i have 1993 dodge ram van that needs computer replaced (ecu /ecm). the one in it now was wrong one so i cant compare codes. if anyone could help with serial code or code to match it would be much appreciated thanks ton.

Where is the original PCM?
There are a 1/2 dozen different PCMs for your van, making guessing not really an option. You might have to go to a Dodge dealer with your VIN and have them run it to learn which PCM is correct for you.

I have a URL on my pc at home that lead me to the place I got the ecu for my 96 - they seemed quite good and can figure out what you need from your VIN as well.
I have an odd ecu at home that is apparently from a pre-96 V8 (I have a 39L V6) that I'll look at the numbers on tonight too.
