Default 99 Ram Van 1500 Brake Lights/Blower

Two weeks ago my L/R brake lights stopped working. Turn signals and 3rd brake light still work. Fuses are good. Yesterday my blower motor stopped on all but high. Replaced resistor and all speeds worked, but today the blower does not work on any speed. Where do I start looking for the problem(s)? Really appreciate any help!

Since the 3rd brake light works the brake switch at the pedal is good and so is the fuse. Since your turn signals work, that means the wiring going back to the tail light assemblies is good. This leave you with the problem being the turn signal switch itself. When in the center position (no left or right signal) there is a loss of contact with the rear lights.

For the blower problem, connect a meter to the actual blower motor leads and see if you get power when the system is turned on. If you do, the blower motor is no good. If you don't get power, the fuse is blown, or the blower speed switch on the dash is no good, or the new resistor is defective, or the connector to the resistor is burnt.
