Just Revisiting this....So the headers were a bust, they hit the frame, rattled, rusted(even after being coated) After three years they were nothing but a nightmare. I put the stock manifolds back on(used reflex gaskets both on the headers and the stock manifold, I'm a staunch advocate) Smog pump still disabled. No egr valve lights, no codes thrown for o2, no nuttin. I have straight pipes coming off each manifold, put late 60s trans am tips on and have them spilling out both sides in front of the wheels. Sounds great, looks good. I really will try and put some pics...im failing in that department. All the best
