Jeep spark leads
Hi all,
I looking to replace my spark leads and I've found a local (UK) source of a set of '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee 318 ones. Will these be ok in my '93 B250 318?
If the ends are the same (8mm?), anyone know if length is ok? Is that all I have to worry about?
thanks
Wilbo

The length from the distributor to the Spark plugs should be the same. It should work. On this side, they sell wiring kits where you make the length you need, but getting a good crimp on the cable seems to be an issue. I gave up on that kind, and bought a Taylor 8 mm kit. A lot of the wires are longer than they need to be.
Make sure to get the type with the straight SP boots. The 90 or 45s will have them touching the manifold. I like the 90 degree ends on the distributor side versus the straight, or 45's.
Also make sure the new leads do not touch each other or anything grounded. Keep in mind the dog house can press them down into something when re installed
