Default stuck seats

Hi,
I have a 99 Ran van with stock individual seats in the front. Both of them are stuck in their position on the sliders. Fortunately they are where I want them, but it still bugs me that I cannot adjust them.. The drivers seat slid back today but now it won't budge and I had the passenger seat out yesterday because I needed to get to my carpet cleaning machine and when it was out I was able to slide it on the tracks but now that it is back in the truck It won't move. The cables under the seat that release the lock seem to be ok so I'm stumped.
I wonder if anyone here has encountered this problem.I did a search but nothing came up.

Have you tired a silicone spray lube on the mechanisms? If just stuck it may help.

Mine got stuck as well, the tracks got bent so the sliders wouldn't move, I tried to straighten them, but they were too messed up. I ended up pulling the tracks off a ramcharger real cheap, its only 4 bolts that hold the tracks on and 4 more bolts that hold the seat on, easy to swap tracks. Greasing them is very helpful.

I had that same problem on a different vehicle and found out that somehow a penny had gotten wedged in the track.
