I have a 96 ram van 8 cyl that wont start.

Fuel delivery is there... pulled the plugs and they were soaked.

Checked for Spark and no Spark. ( pulled plug and set on engine block, cranked engine )

Ok.. now what?

I no nothing really. I know where the Dist. is but dont know coils, or ignition modules, dont know what ecm or pcb or abriviations.

Although it can be several things, considering your limited knowledge I suggest you take the ignition coil off and bring it into the auto parts store for testing. The coil is that bulky thing under the alternator that 2 little wires and one large wire going to it.
