landyacht318!!!! Whoa, I disconnected the battery as you said...for a couple of hours.

It cranks, won't turn over, but I DID get a code 12 and then a code 55.

WHAT DOES THAT CODE MEAN, and how did you know this would happen?? !

Thanks!!

Code 12 means you have disconnected the battery within the last 50 key starts.

If you thought that was impressive, try disconnecting your map sensor.

I bet you then get a code 13!

OK, a friend let me use his testing equipment, looks like my fuel pressure is holding at 34-35. Isn't about 60 the bare minimum? If so, I guess I'd better get to siphoning...oh...gawd..... The pump CAN be heard, no problem there, so...is the pumb slowly dying on me, or...could it be the fuel inj pressure regulator?

My haynes manual says for MPFI systems:
31 to 33 PSI with regulator vacuum hose attached
39 to 41 PSI " " " " disconnected.

Fuel injector resistance 12.5 ohms
