P0300; P0305 & P0306 before and after tune-up
2002 2500 cargo van. It's just broken in at about 407k (courier service) but she's past due on State Inspection because of this CEL! I just did a full tune-up hoping to get rid of these codes but no good. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Try swapping the injectors to other cylinders to see if the problem moves with the injector. If the problem moves, replace the injectors(s); if the problem doesn't move, then it's probably an issue with valves not sealing.
In the meantime, first thing Saturday morning take the van for a 15 minute drive but baby it, do not accelerate fast and stay under 45 MPH. Park it overnight and do the same thing on Sunday. Monday morning when you start it up the CEL should be off. Baby it and stay under 45 MPH all the way to the state inspection.
