Ok, I flushed out the cooling system, pressure checked the cap, all good. It is still running hot. Tried running without AC, it still ran at 210-220 at highway speeds. It seems worse. I'm thinking, radiator and/ or thermostat
Any ideas ?

More info. I bought the van in Illinois. As far as I know, it's always been a northern van. i.e. cooler summers.

I agree, but if it makes you feel better, first change the t-stat since it's less expensive. If that doesn't solve it then you're looking at replacing that 9-year old radiator. But of course you knew this already since I told you 2-1/2 weeks ago your radiator was the problem.

Thermostat is working fine, radiator is partially clogged, Replace radiator.
