Default Tire and Alignment question

We're on a vacation trip pulling a small travel trailer. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the van, 1997 2500, was pulling to the right a bit. Yesterday I looked at the front tires and found that the right front was wearing on the outside edge. OK, so I thought, alignment. The town I was in couldn't do that, so I had them switch the front tires right front to left front - left front to right friont. I have been planning on getting new tires anyhow, and thought I would go ahead and drive to another town where I could get the tires and the alignment.
My question - after switching the front tires, the van now pulls to the left instead of the right. Could I possibly just have something wrong with a tire, and the alignment is OK?
Thanks for any advice on this, Tracka96

After doing some google work, I'm pretty sure that the tire is separating internally. Won't drive much today and will get 2 new front tires tomorrow. Tracka96

New front tires took care of it, one radial tire internal belt was separating from the rest of the tire. Couldn't tell that from looking at it. Tracka96
