1) new plugs. Autolite AP 5224 (single Platinum works great!)
2) new cap-n-rotor. Get a set with copper/brass contacts. The aluminum are junk and flake and pit badly.
3) New ignition wire set. 7mm to 9mm size works great.
4) New ignition coil if it needs it. Possibly not.
5) Clean the IAC. Easy to do, just follow these simple steps ... https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-r...n-the-iac.html
6) clean or replace PVC
7) new air filter.

After all of that, your van should not stall out after braking to a stop.

All 7 steps are good suggestions, but if money is tight I would start with cleaning the IAC valve and see what happens.

Usually if the other items on the list have been resolved, then the ignition coil is something to look at. Also note, a weak battery or alternator can do this in a heart beat as well.

Take Alloro's advice and work from the least cost item to the more costly.

So, if a tune up of part hasn't been done in some time, tray that route.

Have you tried the turn the key trick three times for getting codes? these will show up in the digital mileage display in the lower left of the gauges.
