When the A/C is turned on is the compressor running? If not, check for blown fuses.

The first step is to see if when the A/C is turned on, is the compressor running.

The second step is to check for blown fuses only if the compressor DOESN'T turn on.

this van has a horrible hose design where they connect to the top of compressor - next time you put a can of refrig in it - use the one with dye so you can easily find your leak
