Well it wasnt the alternator. The mechanic is going to get another ECM and see if thats the problem. AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!!

FOLLOW UP:

Turned out to be a sticking/failing left injector. Fixed it myself. Thanks for all your help. :-)
