Default 95 rotor question

i noticed that there are different kinds of rotors out there. the ones on mine have a center hub of about 3.5 inch and some have a much smaller hub. Does anyone have the smaller hub ones? I am running spacers on my van but the wheels stick out too much in the front and I would like to run my front tires without spacers. (so they can tuck into the wheel wells)

ps. this is on a 2500 5.5 lug

Are the rims 5-lugs (15 inch tires) or 8-lugs (16 inch tires)?

I have a pair of aftermarket rims whose hub cutouts are too big for my hubs. Was thinking of getting a pair of these:

Actually I'd like to just get a new set of 16 inch rims, but all I find have too big a hub, and I would rather not use hubcentric rings on new rims.

Ya i have some sst rims that i got to put on my 99 ram and found out today that the rims dont fit on my hubs. thee sst has a smaller hub opening then my stock rims do. so im pretty mad about that considering i just paid 220 to get them powder coated
