2000 van 150 no brake light except third light

Hello...I acquired a 2000 dodge van with 485k on it...won't pass inspections...3rd brake light works, however 2 other light do not??? blinkers work, so does driving lights??? please help...need to pass inspections

It's a problem with the turn signal switch. The left and right brake light circuits run through the TS switch but the 3rd brake light does not.
