Default bumping engine water tems up about 20 Deg?

any advise on bumping the engine water tems up! I have a 195 thermostat and a new waterpump! my water temps sem to stay arround 180 or below! It seems the masive fan that is always turning keeps it too cool and the fact that I also use the coolant to heat water through heat exchangers is just too mutch cooling!
My van is a carpet cleaning van and I need 200 deg temps to get optimal cleaning!

just wanted some advise before I block half of the radiator to see if it helps!

I wish I could stop the fan from turning at temps under 200!

My van was sitting around 160 with a 195 T-stat and the belt driven fan. However, the cooling system took a hit and the radiator and water-pump died. I have a thread on here from this past week.

My B2500 Ram van is 12-passenger. It has a rear HVAC unit. So, in order to keep things warm in the van, I would cover the radiator on the passenger side with a small pizza box in the colder months. This is the only way to get the van to stay around 195.

Remove the mechanical fan and install an electric fan system.
