Ok so Ive been hearing this squeaking noise from up from front, and I though it was one of my pulleys, but turns out its the compressor pulley because when I turn On the A/C the noise goes away ,so how do I stop the noise when the A/C is Off?

 

You replace the bearing in the pulley.

Yes, but you'll likely need access to a press.
