Some of the door on my 96 B2500 are hard to open from the outside. They open easily from the inside. Seems to be worse in the cold weather.
Can anyone help a brother out???

 

Take the interior door panel off, and with a spray on lubricant with straw attached hit all the friction/pivot points, while working the mechanisms.

White lithium grease is good for these parts, but something thinner like wd 40 or similar will work better to initially free them up.
