Default Popping noise in front suspension

Hello. New guy here. I just bought a 2003 Ram Van 1500. The only problem I can find with it is a popping noise coming from the front passenger side. It only does this when steering is turned hard to the right, even then it doesn't do it all the time. What could this be? Ball joints? Strut arms? I need suggestions on where to start looking. Thanks in advance. Any and all help is much appreciated!!!

Although it can be any of the components you mentioned, the pop is usually caused by a worn tie-rod end.

I recently had a loud popping noise too it baffled me since I have an all new front end rebuild with Moog Parts, and Polyurethane bushings. I couldn’t find what was making the sounds so I decided to have towed to a friend’s shop. When the tow truck had this bed down, and was pulling the van up onto it, I was standing by the side looking at it, and then I saw what it was. The driver side sway bar bracket had rusted over time and broke, so when I was going over any bumps or dips the bracket would clack or pop, I got a new one bolted it on, all is well.

Thank y'all for the suggestions. I jacked it up this morning and greased everything that had a fitting. I don't think it had ever been greased!!! The boots on the tie rod ends didn't look very good but ends didn't have excessive play in them. Steering felt better though. Haven't heard the noise yet but then it would only do it occasionally. Thanks for the help guys

That does tend to make a difference.
