Does someone know if a replacement dashboard wiring harness for a 96 B3500 wagon is still available anywhere?

In a bone yard possibly. You could try the dealer network, but it is a slim chance.

My company has some parts for vehicles listed as 15 year service life since more people are hanging onto their cars vs. buying new.
