You can do it but the second row nut & bolt holes in the floor will not line up with the holes of the rear bench seat frame.
You'll have to drill new holes if you want to put the bench in the second row. Be careful not to drill into anything important underneath the floor
Reconfiguring the sealtbelts could also be a major hassle -- you may wish to reconsider this project.
