Back end lighting problem??

Back end lighting problem??
I have a '97 2500 van. I have no lights on the back except the white reverse lights. I've checked the bulbs and fuses and they are OK. All the lights on the front work.
Anyone have an idea of wher to look next?

Did you test the bulbs with a continuity tester?
Are the upper brake lamp bulbs working?
Have you checked for Power coming into the lamp sockets? Parking Lamps and hazards switched on during that test.
And have you checked the grounds to body frame for continuity?
