318- dual air- rear seems a lot colder than the front- could the control valve (h2o) cause this? it's vacuum operated and there is a vacuum to it- hose is hot way past the valve-going to clamp th hose off tomorrow past the vavle- record high here in kentucky tomorrow
Could be a blend door issue in the front unit, I would check that out and also review the condition of the vacuum system as it relates to the A/C controls.
clamping hoses did nothing-going to try a new expansion valve for the front as the rear is a complete seperate unit with it's own expansion valve
You got it , they are independent from each other
and stop the heat and see if the hot air is getting mixed with your cold air in front. Some times the dirt gets in and bock the evaporator as well. If you need, I have pics from removed units. My allotted attachment space is full now.
yep--expansion valve at advance auto $17.99--cold air-happy camper!!! alot of work and expense for a 20 dollar item-took 2 days to dry the system after i let the 134 out-thanks shop for tip on evaporator-i learn something new every time i fool with this van-woohoo!!!
