Can the oil pan be removed from a 1996 5.2 without jacking up the motor.........Thanks

 

Evening, have pulled the pan on a 96 with a 5.9, I did unbolt one mount and
jacked engine up about 5 inches.

Start to finish ~ 90 mins easy job, with your 5.2 you may get away without jacking the engine but either way not a bad job.
