My 2001 1500 didnt start on Tuesday night, towed to shop and next day mechanic said it was nothing, just that the service lamp was on, ( went on and off 2 weeks ago) use the scanner and got camshaft sensor, he changed it and the lamp went off and the van started again..

30 minutes later, the lamp went on again.. ugh! so Im afraid my ride wont start again at any time.. Any ideas what can be? negative ground wire dirty??

You'll need to get the error code from the engine's computer in order to identify why the light is on again. Search this Forum for "key dance" to see how to do it yourself without special tools, or go to your local Autozone or Advance Auto and have them read the code for you. They have an electronic code reader that plugs in under your dashboard and will do it for free.
