The heater core for the 99 2500 van from Spectra does not have the bend in the lines to accept the blower door linkage. Cannot find my heater core anywhere, Any ideas?

 

When I bought mine I had to get it from the dealer.

 

If I recall right, the HTR core was made by Valeo in Mexico. Not sure if that operations is still making them there or not. I have the same core in my van as well. Thought about changing it our when I did the entire cooling system replacement. But the hours and time doing it wasn't ideal to tackle it. If your van has a rear HVAC, that unit was made by Denso.
