Did Dodge make two types of tilt steering columns and two different interior fuse boxes in 1989?

I was going to use the turn signal switch from the recently purchased van in my presently running one.

I noticed that the entire column was of a different design, and after taking the steering wheel off, I noticed that the plate beneath was different also.

Did the PO put the wrong model year on my insurance papers?

I don't know about the 2 different steering columns.

My questions are answered.

I had bought the van unseen. I had purchased it for the doors, windshield, radiator, and turn signal switch.

It was sold as a 1989. I checked the tag and it says 1991.
