Need advice please-miss after warm up

I have a 94 Ram Van 318 142,000 miles. After warm up it will start missing. I have replaced the O2 sensor and plugs. The CEL went out but still have the miss after warm up and can get worse then quits. What to do?

What about the cap and rotor?
Is the ignition coil original?

I wouldn't doubt if everthing is original on this van.

I'll pull the cap and check it and rotor. Can a coil be checked?

When I first descibed my problem by saying quits, meant it would quit missing. Didn't look right after I reread it. Sorry
