81 b150 van won't turn over
I own a '81 B150 Dodge van, that will not engage the starter. The battery is fully charged, and I took the starter out of vehicle and had it checked-was OK( I think the selenoid was checked also) The only clue is that when the ignition switch is held on there a weird sound that is like vacuum selenoid, and this repeats itself if the switch is held on. Anybody got any good ideas?
