1991 Dodge B250 Cruise not working

Hi all. I have a 1991 Dodge Ram Van B250 5.2L V8 65K miles. The cruise control on this van is not working at all. Anyone with info on how the cruise is set up on this van and what I should check? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

remove right front headlamp and see if vacuum line for cruise servo is disconnected. this is common on these.
